Explanations of the Fields in the Brat Form

*NAME

full name, especially names that you were know by as a child in the format:

Lastname, firstname(s)

*CURRENT LOCATION

City, Province(state), Country, etc .

*EMAIL

A way for you to be contacted .

*SNAIL

You may wish to include an old-fashioned type of address. This will not be publicly posted.

*BORN

The year you were born .

*HISTORY

List the places that you have lived, and the years that you were there: you may wish to add your schools.

eg;

1978-81: CFB Chilliwack

Vedder Junior Secondary (Grades 8-10)

*CURRENT LIFE

What are you up to now? People might be interested, even if they don't contact you .

*OTHER INFO

Any info that might not be covered in this form, which you want to get out to people. Example: names and ages of your siblings (you might want to consider making a separate listing for them).

*PEOPLE TO CONTACT

Give ages of these people, and the place that you knew them. Many people have the same names, and with time, names can slip out of the memory.
